Lainey and Jason’s Prairie’s Edge Wedding
Rustic Prairie’s Edge Wedding in Kuna Idaho. This was the perfect way to kick off my summer wedding season. This event venue located on the eastern outskirts of Kuna, Idaho. They are a small farm, nestled on the edge of the desert, with beautiful views of the Boise Foothills and Owyhee mountains. We host events year round. It has a rustic feel on the inside and the outside is modern. We could not have asked for a better day in terms of weather. The wind was blowing pretty good but the temperature was perfect.
Prairie’s Edge Wedding
The day was full of rustic elements. Lainey’s dad made the Arch and guest book bench. The flowers reminded me of something straight out of a patch of wild flowers. The touches of elegance were weaved in along with all of the rustic details of an Idaho wedding.
The soon to be newlyweds have known each other since their school days. Their relationship grew over time as Lainey befriended Jason in art class. First friends then it turned into more. They wanted to work on finishing college and grow together over time. Their friends and family watched along the way from a distance and were able to join them celebrating the long overdue joining together for the rest of their journey.
It was a laid back day that was full of all kinds of emotions. The couple opted to do a first look and read their vows privately. This is always such a special moment that is shared between the couple. They are able to be authentically themselves without a large audience. They casted their hands during the ceremony and walked down the aisle to celebrate after. We finished the night with bride and groom portraits and they headed out to do a road trip to the Oregon Coast. Congratulations to the newly married couple.
