This Beautiful Snowy Couples Session in the Idaho Mountains turned out to be absolutely breathtaking. I was worried that we wouldn’t have snow because so far it’s been a pretty dry winter. Driving the windy roads outside of the Boise city limits the snow slowly started to make an appearance. Below freezing temperatures made for quite the adventure for Brayden and Heather. I could even see their breath. I was excited they were still up for the session.
They are saying “I do” at the end of this year and wanted to get some bridals done for their reception that will take place at the Brick Office in Nampa. These two did a first look and Brayden’s reaction was the best. I just love the excitement that these two had for each other. The emotion and smiles that were present just showed their love and joy they have for one another. This sessions makes me glad to be an Idaho wedding photographer
BEAUTIFUL SNOWY COUPLES SESSION
The snow was about a foot deep and made for some beautiful photos. The light was peaking through pine trees creating the best kind of glow. This location is my favorite. It gives a very Mountain look without driving up to Bogus Basin. If you are looking for an Idaho Mountain location that is perfect and just right outside of Boise Idaho this would be the spot. I am so excited for Brayden and Heather to start their life as husband and wife next week. Congratulations to the couple. I am so glad that this couple braved the cold temperatures because I think this is one of my favorite snowy sessions to date. The cold was definitely worth it because these portraits and light turned out amazing. There is something to be said about snow and how it adds to the look.
