Summer Wedding at the Lake Side Barn

Angela and Tyler’s summer wedding at the Lake Side Barn in Nampa, Idaho was a beautiful day. I was so excited to see this wedding come together.  Angela reached out a while ago for my availability for a Memorial Day wedding. A Monday wedding was a first for me. I knew it was going to be a fun day. 

The Day

This early summer’s wedding was a beautiful day. It had true Idaho spring weather. You never know what the weather is going to be like and changes from hour to hour. Let’s say the weather really showed its true colors. Even adding an extreme thunderstorm weather alert. It was not ideal but it made for some drastic dark cloud photos.  It stormed right after the ceremony, the perfect time for cocktail hour. 

The getting ready vibe was lowkey the best. This wedding party was so laid back just enjoying the day.  They danced and hung out all morning long.  The couple did not want to see one another beforehand but still wanted to share a special moment. They elected to share private touch and special vows that they wrote for each other.  Another special moment was that the couple had their bridal parties pray over them. I loved this and it was such a tender moment before the day started.

The ceremony was special and the clouds were epic. The couple shared moments and it really was full of so many sweet moments.  This couple really just enjoyed each other and their guests that mostly came into town for the wedding.  There was chatting, dancing and so many laughs throughout the whole night.  The couple did a bubble exit. It was so much fun! Congratulations to the couple and I can not wait to see their next adventure! Epic summer wedding at the Lake Side Barn.
