This Fall Engagement Session was a crispy chilly one. Chase and Karen reached out to me to photograph their wedding in 2023 at one of my favorite venues Fox Canyon Vineyards. The couple really wanted some fall color in their engagement photos. I feel like this year fall arrived late and did not stay long. We were very lucky to hit the weeks worth of color we got here locally. The couple chose Kathryn Albertsons Park. If you have ever been to this park it is always crawling with photographers in part because it is so pretty and has so many different looks.

Karen really took to heart the tips I had sent her about planning her engagement shoot and you can tell. The couple’s outfits were beautifully put together and really enhanced their pictures. They picked a beautifully dressy outfit and a nurtural casual outfit. I love how different each of the looks give. It gave them a wide variety of image choices having two different outfits. Engagement sessions are some of my most favorite sessions because I get to genuinely get to know the couple and it makes their wedding day so much easier.
