Sandstone Vineyard Wedding

This Sandstone Vineyard Wedding was beautiful.  Chantel and Matt contacted me a while back to photograph their wedding.  Sandstone is one of my favorite venues here in the Boise area.  It has so much to offer and it gets bonus points for being in the same town that I live in.  Chantel lives in the Midwest and is attending Dental School while Matt lives in the area.  A few months back while Chantel was visiting I got the opportunity to photograph them in downtown boise.  Click here to see their pre-wedding session.  These sessions are so beneficial for the wedding day I 100 percent recommend them. 

The Wedding Day

It was perfect weather for a wedding.  Sunny and not too hot and not rainy. Here in Boise you never know whether or not it will be freezing or hot.  You could have every season in one day. Chantel and Matt both got ready at Sandstone Vineyard and elected not to see each other before the wedding.  It is always fun to see the groom’s reaction. The colors the couple chose were spot on with the season.  Gerald with Gerald’s Floral really nailed it.  I have never seen the color of roses that were in Chantel’s bouquet.  It was so unique and went perfectly with her bridesmaid’s dresses. There were some unique elements to this wedding.  The couple planted a lemon tree and took photos by the old school bus.  There were many traditional elements to their day as well.  Cake cutting, dancing, tosses and dancing filled the couples nights.  

This couple’s day at Sandstone Vineyard was perfect.  So full of emotion, laughter and joy.  I am truly honored that they chose me to capture their day. I wish them the best of luck and I am excited to see where life takes them.  Cheers to the newlyweds!
