Snake River Sporting Club Wedding

David and Elisabeth’s Snake River Sporting Club Wedding was stunning.  The Snake River  Sporting Club is located between Alpine, Wyoming and Jackson, Wyoming right along the Snake River.  Elisabeth contacted me a little over a month ago wanting me to photograph their weekend long wedding celebration.  I was ecstatic to get the opportunity to photograph in Jackson; it had always been a goal of mine.  This was the first time I had photographed four events during my weekend stay in Jackson.  

Celebrations Started Thursday Night

Thursday’s Dinner was at the Wildlife Museum of Arts.  The artwork in the Museum was amazing.  Guests joined the couple for an intimate dinner and tour of the museum. Guests flew in from all over the world to be a part of the celebration.  Dinner was amazing and it was so fun meeting so many different people from all walks of life. 

Friday’s events started at the Snake River Sporting Club with full bridal attire on beautiful horses.  Some of the most stunning horses I have seen.  These photos were my favorite of the whole weekend.  It is not every day that I get to photograph a couple in their wedding attire in a beautiful location and on horses.  Friday Evening I attended a bbq with more friends and family at the couple’s private residence.  There was a local band that also played and the cutest bar set up ran by some friends of the couple.  The food was prepared by friends and was some of the best bbq I have had.  I can not remember for the life of me where they were from but I want to say somewhere in the midwest. 

Snake River Sporting Club Wedding

Saturday was the Snake River Sporting Club Wedding.  David and Elisabeth tie the knot and their day is full of so much emotion and love.  Elisabeth rode in on a horse! Yep in full wedding attire and I am not going to lie I was so impressed! They shared vows and exchanged rings in one of the most beautiful backdrops I have ever seen.  They immediately shared their first dance and enjoyed the rest of the night visiting with their guests.  The food was to die for and the company was even better.  I am truly blessed to be a part of something so magical. 

Elisabeth and David are truly an inspiration to me.  The light that radiates from them is so warm and welcoming, I never once felt like I was not a part of the celebration.  I made new friends and experienced a taste of the beautiful countryside that Wyoming has to offer.
