Surprise Downtown Boise Engagement

She said YES!

Nothing beats a surprise downtown Boise Engagement. I first met Jared and his beautiful bride to be Alesa a little over a year ago.  Jared is a college student in Rexburg and would make the trip home often to see her.  A few months back I set Jared up for his surprise proposal by asking the two of them if they would be models for me so that I could get some more practice with couples posing. Though in my head I was hoping he would catch on and possibly propose right then and there and I would get to capture it! Needless to say I was ecstatic when he asked if I was serious!

It happened to be Alesa’s birthday on the day that popped the big question.  She will never forget the day she said yes. He actually had one must have shot where he would be holding the ring in his hand behind his back and she would be facing him.  Somehow we managed to make it work! It was absolutely amazing to be able to capture the pure Joy and excitement these two had when he got down on one knee and asked her to spend the rest of their lives together! The fall colors were out and showed up beautifully for their photos. Jared’s whole family was there to witness this special time.  Happy SHE SAID YES DAY!!!! I can’t wait to see what adventures are in store for these two as they start their lives together!

CONGRATULATIONS Jared and Alesa!!! Thanks for sharing your special moment with me! These two are planning their winter wedding at the Meridian, Idaho Temple in December. A winter wedding heck yes! Maybe we will even get some snow.  I can not wait to see where life takes these two.
