Elaina and Dan’s winter Idaho mountain engagement session was cold but beautiful. I got the opportunity to photograph Elaina’s extended family last winter. I was so excited when she reached out to me to ask about engagements. I was even more thrilled that they wanted winter engagements. There are not many places outside of Boise that you find that mountain look, however I am a big fan of Grimes Creek. I have done a couple winter engagement sessions there. Click HERE to see one of them. It is so pretty out there. The big pine trees, a running creek and so much snow made for a beautiful setting.
Idaho Mountain Winter Engagement Session
These two have a cute and well behaved dog that joined along for the fun. Turns out it just loves snowballs. I have to say I love it when clients bring their furry friends along for the photos. They also rocked two different outfits that really aided in their photos. We all have chilly toes and chilly noses but all and all I am totally a fan of winter engagement sessions. The snow just adds a whole new element to photos. It was very much worth the cold chilly weather.
